Hey good morning to all, I am your Ronit once again back with a healthy food hope you all are doing good. 

So now I am presenting a Mexican dish with an Indian twist, called Burritos. It is Mexican and tex-mex cuisine that consists of a flour tortilla with various other ingredients wrapped in a cylinder that can be picked up. So let’s start with the recipe.
Ingredients:
Leftover roti -2  
Leftover Sabji- 1/2 cup 
Slice onion-1 no
Slice capsicum-1/2no
Cheese- 50gm
Butter-1 tbsp
Olive oil /r.oil-1 2tbspn
Salt – to taste
Pepper- to taste 
Egg- 2
Method:
First, heat the pan on a low flame add oil, break eggs and make a bhurji of it. Add salt and keep aside. Again, heat the pan on a low flame add 1 tsp of oil then add the sliced onion and capsicum saute it for while and take it out. Keep it aside.
In the same pan add the leftover rotis make it warm soft and take it out.
Take the roti to add the leftover sabji then add the egg bhurji, sauteed capsicum, onions, and add little black pepper, grated cheese and give a cylinder shape roll and close the edges by adding little flour and water batter.
At last, add little butter in the pan add the burritos make it crisp from all the side once it is crisp take it out and serve hot with ketchup or chutneys.

Carbohydrate – 71 gm
